Contact us
Email nitiszaza27@gmail.com. We read every message and usually reply within a few days.
It helps to tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Hitmap version and what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment details: we never need them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Hitmap Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also do this in the App Store: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current period ends, or it renews. You keep access until the period ends.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Only you can cancel it, because Apple handles all billing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
I subscribed, but the app is locked
Open the paywall and tap Restore. It finds purchases made with the Apple ID that is signed in on your phone. If it still does not unlock, email us the Apple ID e-mail address you subscribed with (never your password).
How do I delete my data?
- On your phone: Profile → Data → Reset everything erases your profile, workouts, presets and results. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
- Anonymous stats: turn off Profile → Share anonymous stats. Sending stops and the stats stored for your install are deleted.
- AI requests: we do not store what you send, so there is nothing to delete.
- Anything else, or a request under the PDPA (access, erasure, correction, withdrawing consent): email nitiszaza27@gmail.com. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I move to a new phone?
Your data lives only on your phone, so we cannot restore it for you. Before you switch, open Profile → Data → Export backup and save the file. On the new phone choose Import backup. A normal iPhone backup or transfer can also carry the app’s data across.
The AI got my workout wrong, or is not working
- AI reads are estimates. Check the entries before you save, and edit anything that looks off.
- Voice and smart parsing need AI to be allowed (Profile → Smart parsing → AI data use) and an internet connection. Daily limits apply to the AI features; when you reach one, the app uses its built-in parser instead.
- The AI only handles exercise. Text about anything else may be refused.
Is this medical advice?
No. Hitmap gives fitness estimates and general information. Talk to a doctor before you start or change an exercise programme, and stop if something hurts. See the Terms of Use.
